Our warranty on most Repairs is 3 years or 36,000 miles on parts and labor only, whichever comes first. Dealer purchased OE parts come with a 12 month 12,000 mile parts and labor only warranty. Our warranty is only good through our facility and does not cover any possible towing charges. Used parts, customer supplied parts, maintenance items, and/or wearable items do not carry any type of warranty at our facility, unless otherwise stated. Abuse, neglect, and/or unauthorized performance modifications made to vehicle after our repairs will void warranty. Maintenance must be kept up and records provided at time of warranty repairs in order to uphold warranty, example (oil changes, transmission services). Vehicles left at our facility longer than 5 days after completion are subject to a $10 per day storage fee. Payment is required in full at time of vehicle pick-up. *All Diesel Performance Products Are Not Legal For "On-Road", "Off-Road", or "Dual-Use". These Products May Only Be used In "Closed Circuit Competition Only" Vehicles. Compliance With State And Federal Emission Standards Is The Consumer's Responsibility. Payment via credit or debit card will be subject to a 3% processing fee.
RO Disclaimer:	I hereby authorize Absolute Automotive and Accessories, LLC to perform repair and/or upgrades on the mentioned vehicle. They may purchase parts on my behalf and use them for repairs. I agree to pay for the repair parts and labor in a timely manner. I understand that my vehicle may be used as collateral and may be withheld until payment is made in full. I also understand that by declining services I put my vehicle at risk. I agree not to hold Absolute Automotive and Accessories, LLC accountable for damages happening to my vehicle because of services that I declined.
